Important Amenity Center Access Update

We are pleased to announce that the new and improved access system has been successfully installed. This upgrade is expected to resolve the issues previously experienced with amenity key cards not functioning properly. Thank you for your patience as we worked to address these concerns and implement a solution to enhance your community experience.

During the installation process, some data may not have transferred correctly. If you have an existing amenity key card, please test it at the gym and/or amenity center as soon as possible to confirm that it is working. If your card does not function, kindly take a photo of the numbers on the card and email it to poolkeys@essexhoa.com.

Earlier this summer, we implemented a temporary community-wide access code (1234) for residents experiencing card issues. Due to system limitations and sequential numbering requirements, this code could not be carried over to the new system. As an interim measure, the access code has been changed to (1235). Please note that this code will be permanently removed on December 15, 2025, after which entry to all amenities will require a functioning key card.
