Reminder: Pool and Gym Age Restrictions

It is the obligation that each Homeowner in our Community is adhering to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (DCC&R’s), set forth in the Shale Creek Documents. As a reminder:

• Gym Amenity Age Restriction- 15 years of age or younger must be accompanied by supervising adult.
• Pool Age Limit Restriction- 16 years of age or younger must be accompanied by supervising adult.

Note: We encourage you to read the Pool Rules, located in Pool Amenity or you can read them in the Association’s website.

Note: The Board of Directors may levy a fine against a Homeowner each time the rules and regulations are not adhered to.
