ACC Requirement\Protocol

It is the obligation that each Homeowner in our Community is adhering to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (DCC&R’s), set forth in the Shale Creek Documents. As a reminder, if you wish to make any external architectural/modification change to your home, you will be required to submit the Architectural Covenants and Conditions form (ACC Form). The ACC form can be found on your communities Web Page (Link is below). We also encourage you to read the Associations CC&Rs for detailed compliance rules and regulations regarding your architectural/modification project for proper protocol.

Below are SOME examples (but not all) of architectural/modifications projects (ACC).

• Landscaping modifications or improvements
• Exterior paint colors and finishes
• Materials used for roofing (Roof shingle color - Weather wood or similar color and fence stain - Sherwin Williams, Banyan Brown or similar color)
• Fences
• Satellite dishes
• Solar panels
• Pergolas

Note: The Board of Directors may levy a fine against a Homeowner each time the rules and regulations are not adhered to.
