Concerns Regarding Damage in the New Phase

As the Managing Agent for the Shale Creek Homeowners Association, Inc., it has come to our attention that there have been disturbances amongst the newest phase of the community. We would like to take this opportunity to inform all residents that obstructing property or vandalizing any builder's equipment is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in maintaining the integrity of our neighborhood. If you witness any disturbances or have concerns, please report them to your management team immediately. Together, we can ensure that Shale Creek remains a welcoming and peaceful environment for all residents.
